Best Brunches in Chicago – Part One

If you follow me on Instagram then it’s no secret that I am a big fan of brunch! It’s definitely my favorite meal of the week! Champagne + my favorite foods are the perfect combo to start my weekend. To show my love for brunch, I would like to kick-off my Chicago Brunch Review! I’ll be highlighting some of my favorite restaurants in the city for a great brunch! These restaurants have great food, aesthetics, and drinks! Stay tuned as I eat and drink my way through the city!

Guys, I am OBSESSED with 25 degrees! So obsessed that I’ve eaten here for 3 weekends in a row once before (and I’m not ashamed to say it!) If you enjoy loud conversation with your friends like me then 25 degrees is the perfect place to socialize! You can be as loud as you want and be comfortable while doing so. The music at 25 degrees also helps to create a fun environment as their playlist features some of the most popular rap and R&B classics from the past and present! I cannot help but sing along every time. 25 Degrees is known for their delicious burgers, but they also have other items including vegetarian options. My favorite dish is the french toast which is topped with bananas, blueberries, pecans, and strawberries! So lastly, the best part about brunching at 25 Degrees is the $10 Champagne Bottles! Yes, $10! This is great because you can basically make your own bottomless mimosa brunch for less than the $30- $35 you would pay at other restaurants! Trust me, it’s hard to go through two bottles if it’s just you and one other friend! 25 degrees offers an assortment of juices ranging from the classic orange to cranberry. You have to give this place a try!

The Fremont Chicago is such a fun brunch + day party spot! Although it can be hard to get a reservation, the Fremont does not disappoint! A few weeks ago, I had a group of friends come to Chicago to visit me, and they loved the Fremont. I booked a reservation the Friday before, and I was only able to get a 10 o’clock table. Although we only had the table reserved for two hours, we were able to use our wristbands until 4pm to eat and drink. Although 10:00am was early after a night out, we were all able to make it around 10:15. At this time, things were pretty chill in the Fremont which we appreciated because it was easy to make our way through the buffet line. The Fremont offers an extensive buffet, and my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach! However, for a $60 price tag, I definitely wanted to get my money’s worth. The Fremont offers a carving station, omelet station, waffle and dessert bar,  and a yummy donut wall. There are also NUMEROUS other options such a hamburger sliders, mac and cheese, and pizza! To enjoy the $20 bottomless mimosas at the Fremont, you must also purchase the $40 buffet. There are plenty of juices to choose from so you can put your own twist on your mimosas. (Strawberry is my new favorite!)

After enjoying our meal, we headed upstairs at the Fremont where there is a DJ and two more bars. The seating upstairs is not guaranteed and most of the tables were reserved. We bounced around from table to table moving whenever a group showed up to claim their reservation. Although the Chicago heat was in FULL EFFECT, we still had a good time listening to some of our favorite songs. The Fremont also has a few pic worthy areas so if you’re into aesthetics, there are definitely some good opportunities for a photo op!

At first, I was a little confused when my friends suggested we eat here. I had no idea that there was a restaurant in the middle of the furniture store. However, this little café has allllll of the aesthetics. My friends and I went on a Saturday afternoon. Although there was an hour and a half wait, we were able to order mimosas and browse the store while we were waiting. There are several floors to visit, and we made our way around to about 4 before our table was ready because we were searching for the perfect places for photos . From the above picture, you can see why the 3 Arts Club Café at Restoration Hardware is great for those who enjoy nice furniture and pictures! I’m pretty sure I have the interior design of my future home planned out in my head now!

After being seated in the café, I decided on a burger for my meal which was GREAT. I rarely ever finish my meals, but I was able to devour this entire burger. My friends decided to share vegetable and cheese plates. I have attached a photo of the menu below for a better idea of 3 Arts’ servings. After our meal, we enjoyed some of the most delicious cookies! This definitely topped things off for us If you’re looking for a lowkey brunch spot, I definitely recommend the 3 Arts Club Café! It’s a nice contrast to the party brunch scene, and I can definitely appreciate it.
